Björn Storim takes over as CEO of Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV, after Leonique van Houwelingen who has held the position for three years.
Björn Storim joined BNY Mellon last year, as head of Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Central and Eastern Europe. Before this, he worked for 16 years with Credit Suisse.
Starting on Friday, 16 July, Leonique van Houwelingen continues in a non-executive director position as EMEA head of strategic growth and regional head of client coverage for the asset servicing business.
