Transaction reporting such as under SFTR, across multiple jurisdictions, is in focus for Cappitech. Now the technology platform provider is taken over by one of its clients, information and analytics giant IHS Markit.
According to the companies’ press release, Cappitech’s platform has been a key component of IHS Markit’s solution for SFTR (Securities Financing Transactions Regulation) reporting since 2019.
“The firm’s scalable cloud-based platform is relied on by over 200 global banks, brokers, asset managers, hedge funds and corporations and its innovative products and technology have received numerous industry awards,” they write.
