Chris’s case session at the PostTrade 360° Copenhagen 2022 conference was labelled “Implementing a holistic data operating model across the company – and reaping the benefits”. The journey started in 2018, with the purpose to make the organisation ready for change in general, whatever that change would be. This would be done by building and fully leveraging the value of a company-wide and holistic data operating model.
