UK-based wealth management platform provider FNZ is acquiring Switzerland’s New Access, a platform firm specialised in private banking. Recent news from FNZ also include a strategic partnership with Deutsche Börse’s post-trade arm Clearstream in April.

FNZ’s digital platform aims to make wealth management operations more flexible and accessible, and clients include Santander, Abrdn, Barclays and Vanguard. Together with FNZ’s Swiss subsidiary Appway, bought in February, it puts the group’s number of employees in the country at over 200, FNZ notes in its press release.

In April, FNZ announced that it had formed a strategic partnership with Clearstream to launch a joint business intelligence solution.
