Part of CSDR could be “solution looking for a problem”

CSDR always deserves a close update look, and in Wednesday’s PostTrade 360° Amsterdam conference this was provided by SimCorp’s Igor Gramatikovski.

While the mandatory buy-ins, of assets to replace a failed delivery after a trade, are the most contentious part of the regulation, there is a load of building blocks to understand.
