BNP Paribas has made a strategic equity investment in post-trade solutions provider OSTTRA, joining Bank of America, Barclays, Citi, HSBC, Wells Fargo, and UBS as the company’s investors.

It follows an announcement earlier this year that the six banks bought a stake in OSTTRA from private equity firm KKR, which remains the majority owner. OSTTRA has been advancing its global post-trade ecosystem, streamlining workflows, reducing operational risk, and enhancing market efficiency across asset classes.
