100 billion euro, quite precisely, of securitised product was issued in Europe during the last three months of 2021. This was more than twice the Q3 amount, and up 56 percent from a year earlier. This one-pager from AFME sums it up.

Placed totals, all in all at 47 billion euro per Q4, where led by Pan-European collateralised loan obligations, CLOs, amounting to 20 billion euro in the quarter, after they stopped at 8.8 billion euro in Q3.
