Arianne Collette has joined the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) as managing director and head of US Equities.

In this newly created role, Collette will lead strategic planning and execution for the DTCC’s U.S. Equities business, driving growth initiatives, market expansion, and operational efficiencies across the central securities depository’s clearing and settlement infrastructure. She will be based out of DTCC’s Jersey City location and will report to Val Wotton, DTCC Managing Director and Global Head of Equities Solutions.

 Collette joins DTCC from Morgan Stanley, where she worked for 24 years in senior leadership positions including chief operating officer and head of Strategy for Reinvestment, global head of Sales Strategy, and Americas head of Resource Optimization. Arianne is also the co-founder and global chair of Women in Securities Finance, a global industry group of over 1,000 members dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion within the financial services industry.
