How will digitalisation and innovation change the custody landscape in the coming years? This question formed the departure point for a panel of BNY Mellon representatives in PostTrade 360° Stockholm.

Looking into the future can be challenging – but new artificial intelligence tools can at least help us identify indicators of upcoming problems in our high-volume processes.

Caroline Butler, Global Head of Custody, Tax and Network Management,
Rachel Turner, Global Head of Commercial Custody Product, and
Paula Avraamides, MD, Global Client Management.
