Asset manager WisdomTree has announced a partnership with blockchain oracle platform Chainlink to bring net asset value (NAV) data onchain for its private credit fund, the WisdomTree Private Credit and Alternative Income Digital Fund (token: CRDT).

The NAV data will be going onchain on the Ethereum mainnet. With the data onchain, CRDT will receive:
• Automated, onchain NAV delivery.
• Easily accessible, cryptographically verifiable, and publicly auditable fund pricing data.
• Pricing data availability within smart contracts that can potentially enable integration across digital asset platforms.

In a press release, Chainlink describes the partnership as a “milestone in the evolution of regulated tokenised funds”. With verified NAV data available on Ethereum, decentralised finance (DeFi) protocols and institutional platforms can reference CRDT’s pricing in smart contracts. This supports “new use cases across lending, yield aggregation, and automated portfolio management”.

Maredith Hannon, head of Business Development, Digital Assets at WisdomTree says, “By leveraging this infrastructure, we’re enhancing transparency and data integrity for tokenised real-world assets while supporting the broader growth of onchain financial markets. This collaboration demonstrates how regulated investment products can integrate seamlessly into blockchain ecosystems to unlock real-world yield opportunities.”

WisdomTree has plans to expand the collaboration to include other tokenised funds.
