Fintech Broadridge has launched a tokenisation and digital asset infrastructure platform for financial institutions to operate across on-chain and traditional markets.

The platform, called DLX, supports the full transaction lifecycle through a modular, multi-chain architecture which is “designed to reduce fragmentation across the tokenised asset lifecycle and expand access to new distribution models”.

DLX connects to the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) Tokenisation Service via Canton and other networks, with broader use cases to be announced in due course.

At its core is an institutional orchestration layer that brings together tokenisation, smart contract services, trading and execution workflows, settlement, books and records, custody, wallet infrastructure, and connectivity across digital asset markets, payment rails, compliance providers, custodians, and distribution channels.

The platform extends the fintech’s tokenisation infrastructure, which features an established Distributed Ledger Repo (DLR) capability for collateral mobility and securities financing, into a broader, multi-asset platform for issuance, trading, settlement, servicing, custody, governance, and distribution. DLX will connect tokenised workflows and support asset classes including bonds, equities, funds, private markets, and money market instruments within a single framework for tokenisation, governance, and operations.
