VIDEO | For the past 10 years, Euroclear Finland has invested in a transformation that involved renewing its core solutions, culminating in the migration to TARGET2-Securities (T2S). Describing the organisation as now being in a good position without any IT legacy debt, Chief Business Officer Suvi Tyni believes that Euroclear Finland is ready to shift its focus to new services. She gave a glimpse of what’s to come at the CSD during her time on stage at PostTrade 360° Helsinki 2023.

The first provides an automated monitoring to help register keeper companies, insiders, and managerial position holders stay on top of regulatory expectations. The second was described as a service that allows individual investors to have their data available in third-party applications not unlike the Payment Services Directive in the payments arena. The third – the general meeting service – comes complete with a studio on Euroclear Finland’s premises and digitalised reports, allows clients to hold general meetings in hybrid or online formats.
