Kevin Kessinger will pick up the baton as the non-executive chairman of the board of directors at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) from January 2024. His appointment, which was announced in this press release, comes on the heels of Robert Druskin’s planned retirement at the end of this year after 12 years on the American CSD’s board.
Kevin Kessinger has been a member of DTCC’s board since 2021. A veteran of the finance industry, he has been in various advisory roles and on the boards of companies such as Scottrade Financial Services, Sutter Hill Ventures, and The Boston Consulting Company, and was in the management committee of Citigroup for 13 years. He will be working with Robert Druskin over the course of this year “to ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities”.
