Norwegian bank DNB and digital investor communications platform Proxymity have partnered to introduce Proxymity’s Shareholder Insights service in the Norwegian market. The service was launched on 1 July 2023 to coincide with the second version of the Shareholder Rights Directive (SRD II) coming into effect in Norway.
According to Proxymity in a press release, Shareholder Insights connects CSDs, issuers, intermediaries, and account operators to streamline communication and promote transparency. DNB will be offering the service to its issuer clients to help them comply with the new SRD II requirements.
