Fiona Neville Pardaeva joins Deutsche Bank as managing director and head of Securities Services Europe. In a LinkedIn post, Pardaeva expressed her enthusiasm for the role, stating: “Thank you to my new team for the heartfelt welcome. I’m thrilled to be on board and look forward to the exciting journey ahead.”

Pardaeva transitions to Deutsche Bank from J.P. Morgan, where she served as EMEA sales head of strategic relationships for securities services. Her departure marks the end of a nearly 19-year tenure at the firm, during which she held various leadership positions. Reflecting on her time at JP Morgan, she shared: “J.P. Morgan has granted me a wonderful career across business lines and countries. It has been an honour to work alongside and learn from some of the industry’s best and brightest and to support clients from across the world’s finest companies.”

Before joining JP Morgan, Pardaeva gained extensive experience in the financial sector, with roles at Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Commerzbank, and Greig Middleton & Co.
