BNP Paribas’ Securities Services division has launched “My Reporting,” a new reporting tool on its NeoLink client platform. The web application is designed to centralise reporting activities, offering users greater control over their data and processes, states BNP Paribas in a press release.

My Reporting provides a single interface where users can manage and generate reports while meeting compliance requirements. The platform includes a dynamic dashboard to track reporting activities, a structured document library, and a range of templates covering different stages of the investment cycle. Users can customise reports, preview changes in real-time, and schedule deliveries based on preferred formats and timing.

The tool also introduces a secure internal sharing feature, allowing users to distribute reports and templates within their teams. According to Jean-Marc Friess, Chief Digital Services Officer for Securities Services at BNP Paribas, My Reporting already handles more than 18 million reports annually. The bank plans to continue adding features, particularly in data visualisation, as it responds to growing market complexity.

By integrating these functions into NeoLink, BNP Paribas aims to streamline reporting processes and improve operational efficiency for its institutional clients.
