BNP Paribas Securities Services has introduced a new learning experience on its NeoLink client portal. The e-learning tool is tailored to equip institutional clients with “critical knowledge into the securities services industry”. The four 20-minute modules cover topics including custody, securities lending, investment funds, and depositary services.
The e-learning tool is, as mentioned in a press release, available in English, French and Italian. After completing each module, users take a quiz to reinforce what they have learnt.
Annie Blouin, global head of client services and client relationship management, BNP Paribas Securities Services, says that the e-learning experience aims to raise awareness on key asset servicing themes and has been designed to benefit both newcomers and seasoned professionals.
