Manaos, the BNP Paribas investment services platform, has launched a set of compliance solutions ahead of the implementation of UK’s Sustainability Disclosure Requirements (SDR) on 31 May. The firm reveals in a press release that it aims to “assist UK asset managers in meeting their reporting obligations efficiently, providing them with actionable insights on integrating technology, data, and ESG principles into the process”.

Nanaos has built the solutions based on the expertise it gained from designing products for the EU’s version of the SDR – the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).

The new SDR solutions enable UK asset managers to select and shop SDR data with access to Manaos’ marketplace with more than 20 data providers; screen portfolios to assess portfolio alignment and identify labelling opportunities; monitor alignment by defining relevant ESG metrics; and generate reports.

Manaos CEO Franck Delbès emphasises the importance of streamlining data management processes in a statement, saying, “UK asset managers are facing increasing regulatory demands, which will impact various facets of their operations, from marketing through legal, compliance and reporting to product development.”
