This partnership is reported by Global Custodian on its website. The agreement also includes related services such as fund administration and transfer agency as well as other related services for Nordea’s Indexgo product line.
Wanted double presence
Nordea is said to have sought a custody and fund administration provider that operates both in the Nordic market and in Luxembourg.
“We are a leading provider in Luxembourg with a clear objective to further extend our client base in the Nordic region with a strong reputation and high rating” said Johan Lindberg, managing director of global client coverage at RBC I&TS.
Follows Japanese deal
Recently, RBC I&TS was also appointed depositary and administrator of Japanese-based Asset Management One Alternative Investments (Amoai), regarding the latter’s first global Luxembourg-domiciled infrastructure debt vehicle.
