With multinational business (as with a pan-Nordic conference), comes cross-cultural interaction and behavioural differences. We can easily joke about them but can we confidently manage them? Few have analysed this as seriously as Julien S. Bourrelle, a French-Canadian mover to Norway.
Perhaps fittingly, his background is in … rocket science, actually. His findings, presented with his unique illustrations, are guaranteed to let us reflect on ourselves (which, he argues, is the right place to start when trying to understand our relations to others). He adds useful tips for when we interact and lead diverse group of people – and will definitely let us have a good laugh. Julien’s most-watched TEDx lecture has topped a million views and we are not surprised.
