Apex Fund Services has appointed Loïc Choquet as CEO of its Luxembourg business, subject to regulatory approval.
Choquet joins from Aztec Group, where he served as head of Luxembourg and chaired the management board.
According to the announcement, his appointment reflects Apex Group’s continued strategic investment in Luxembourg—its largest operational hub—as private markets expand and investment structures grow increasingly complex.
Choquet said a key priority will be strengthening Apex’s client delivery capabilities, with a focus on consistency, scalability and responsiveness.
