JP Morgan has appointed Hardeep Bal as its new global head of custody operations. Bal has announced his new post on LinkedIn. He brings to the position more than nine years of experience at JP Morgan, including his previously held role as global head of custody client facing middle office. Before joining JP Morgan, Bal served as an executive director for global banking and markets at HSBC for an eight month period. 

He also brings experience from Morgan Stanley, where he held the positions of executive director, heading FX for the North American and European operations, and global head of change.

Besides that he has experience working at Accenture, UBS and IBM.
